First of all, I would like to thank you for following me and supporting me in 2016 and wish you a Happy New Year. I wish you from all my heart a lot of health, happiness, love, to be surrounded with the loved ones and a lot of laughter. I hope you all have had wonderful holidays.
I have taken some break from writing to spend a quality time with my family I usually don´t see that much during the year.
The one thing most people are doing every year is to set New Year´s resolutions. Usually I do that, too. But I don´t find enough motivation to fulfill them. I don´t know how about you, but all the time it ended up the same every year. I just let it be. So this year I decided that I will take some challenges during this year. And I would like to involve you guys. I think it would be much easier to fulfill our goals when you have someone to motivate you. Of course if you have any suggestions for Challenges you would like to take, I´m open to anything. Just send me a message here or on any social media. The first challenge I would like to take is a “No Sugar Challenge”. These holidays were an overload of unhealthy food (fried food, fatty food, mayo potato salad – you can imagine) so I feel the need to detoxify my body. I guess we all know that feeling that you just know that you won´t eat a single bite anymore, feeling full and tired and you know you haven´t been moving like forever. Sitting on couch, watching movies and stuffing yourself with sugary or salty foods. I want to change it this year. I hope at least few of you will join me in these challenges to support each other. I will post the details of the first challenge tomorrow and the official start will be on Monday (as usual).
Here are few snippets of our Christmas below. Enjoy it and have a great start of the new year.
