Hello beautiful people!

I´d like to wish you a very beautiful, healthy, and successful new year. I wish for you all that this year will be better than the last one.

I know this year started more than week ago, but I love how every year begins with new hopes. I don´t know how about you, but I always have a looong list of goals and plans on hand. My problem is to stick with them. Always. Last year I have started with a quite overwhelmed, and I don´t want to make the same mistake. If I had to recap last year, it was one of the worst years for me since I remember. But I really have an inner feeling, that 2018 will be better both personally and professionally.

One of the most important things for me is of course to be be healthier this year. But what I really want to focus on is my blog. I want to be more productive, write more often, be more engaged and to grow my audience. This brings me to another goal, which is to be more organized as a work-at-home-mom. Last year I wasn´t able to keep my blog on regular basis and my family life, but I studied a lot, so I hope it brings me some positive results.

Another thing I really want to focus on is exercising. Exercising was a huge part of my life and last month I started with yoga. I have to admit, I have fallen in love. It is so relieving! I mean, after each yoga session I feel like new person and it helps me to fight with my mood changes, I sleep better, I feel better and I really want to exercise on regular basis.

The last words from me: This year will be OUR year. Let´s get into work.

Hello guys, Happy November!

Unlike most months, I actually feel that these past months went by so quickly without even noticing that the winter is almost around the corner. I know that Christmas will be here before we know it, and with that comes the winter season, the holidays and it’s beautiful atmosphere.

I’ve missed blogging so much, and it feels so good to be writing again. I’m so excited for a new month to begin. October was a bit crazy for me, from my birthday, business, and a lot of things happening behind the scenes.But after last few weeks I’m ready for a fresh new start.

My November Goals

  • Start blogging again
  • Write a blog posts for this month
  • Start creating seasonal and holiday content ideas
  • Start using Instagram stories
  • Be more social on all my social media accounts
  • Declutter my makeup stash and buy new cosmetics
  • Set up a meal plan for each week of the month
  • Go see something fun at the movie theater
  • Work on my photography style and flatlays
  • Work on my confidence and posing on photos

Tips For Everyday Positivity

These days is so easy to be negative. The image media and social media on a daily basis are bringing to us supports inconfidence, envy, anger, stress, and negativity. So I´m trying to focus on bringing positivity into my life every day. I was always the person who was finding the beauty in everything and everyone. I was the person encouraging and motivating my friends when they were down. But in a certain stage of my life, something has changed. I got angry so easily, but I´m trying to fight the negativity and I´m bringing you few tips to embrace positivity and happiness every day.

Learn to let go

Are you the person who takes everything personally? I was too. But it´s never too late to let everything go and be yourself. I cared a lot what others think about me, but you know what? Not anymore. I am me. I am unique, so are you.

Learn to love yourself

This is the biggest problem of this century. Low self-confidence, constant comparing with others brings the negativity into your life. It´s hard to stay positive when you constantly have in front of your eyes images of perfect bodies, perfect lives, perfect everything. The first thing you have to focus is to love yourself first. Always. You have to live with you all your life, so you have to accept who you are. If you´ll start to be positive about yourself, it will be so much easier to be positive about everything else.

Clear your head

The perfect way to get rid of negativity is to clear your head. It´s hard to focus and concentrate on the things to be done when you are constantly distracted. Just go out, take deep breaths, talk to someone in person. Or just go to the quiet room or find you comfort place, have a cup of tea or coffee, or turn the soothing or uplifting music on and relax. Focus on yourself. Take it as a kind of meditation. Whatever it is, make sure you make it a habit on a daily or weekly basis.

Smile

The best cure for any negativity. Learn to smile all the time. It´s proven that a simple smile can make you happier.

Change your thoughts from negative to positive

Negative thoughts are the base of all negativity. They may seem hard to avoid, but negativity is all about your mindset. And by the time you will create a habit. Always try to search for the bright side of the situation.

Turn the TV off/unplug

Try to unplug from time to time from social media, phone, e-mails, TV, and internet. It´s affecting our mood and has effect on our mindset. Taking a break from being online, even for just a few hours, can be a great refresher for your mind.

Surround yourself with positive people 

When you´re stuck with negative thoughts, talk to friends or people who can put things into other perspective and won´t support the negative thoughts in yourself. Meet people who believe in you, support you and never let you down. Or you can make it opposite way and do something nice for someone else, you will feel better about yourself.
