Can you imagine your day without a great cup of coffee or tea? I can´t. When I create a blog posts or I read a book, I always have on my table a fresh hot cup of tea. It makes me relaxed and stress free. During the day I usually drink at least 4 to 6 cups of tea. As I am still breastfeeding my son, I drink breastfeeding and fennel tea, but I really love green and black teas. I remember as a kid that mom always cooked a kettle of fresh tea with honey and lemon. Hot in winter and cold in summer. I think I liked the most rose hip tea. We still have the tradition even when she comes to visit us. A girl chit-chat with a big cup of tea. And big I mean half liter. Even now with my partner, every evening we drink a cup of tea together. It is our little before-bed ritual. And the best part? When you drink tea (black, green, white), you are preventing so many diseases as it haves plenty of antioxidants. On the other hand, herbal teas have other health benefits as helping the digestion or soothing the nausea or headache. For example I love drinking a hot mint tea when it´s hot outside, because it amazingly cools me down.
